At FIT CLUB we don’t do classes. We train. You have access to actual coaching 20 hours / week and gym access 74 hours / week.

If you’re new to strength and conditioning, and even gyms in general, this is the place for you.

We are here to teach. First, you’ll learn great technique. Then we’ll apply appropriate stress to push your abilities to new levels. And if you’re an experienced athlete, you won’t find a better place to train.

All programming is individual. Yes, workouts are written for the group, but the prescriptions are specifically for you. You will get what you need, always. 

We do what we say we’ll do.

You’ll hit your goals, you’ll be held accountable. You’ll be pushed, listened to, encouraged and told the truth. You’ll adjust, adapt, improve. This is the place for people who want to get things done.
